Uganda Robusta — Screen 12 to 18
Natural / washed, five screen grades with published retention profiles (Screen 18 = 92% retention), moisture max 12.5%. Built for espresso blends and soluble production.
Washed Arabica — Mt. Elgon AA, A+, A
SL14, SL28, Bourbon grown at 1,500–2,300 masl in Bugisu and Sebei. Refined acidity, floral aromatics — minimum 80 SCAA on every grade.

Why Uganda, Why Now
